Grandparents' Rights in Arkansas
The general rule is that a parent's choice is determinative on the issue of grandparent visitation. There are, however, many exceptions:
- If your grandchild has lived with you for an extended period of time, you may be able to obtain a fixed visitation schedule with your grandchild.
